Warranty Scope

1. Scope of Repair:
Correcting all defects relating to quality of materials and workmanship of manufacture during warranty period. New or remanufactured parts could be used for warranty repairs required.

2. Towing:
Towing fees will not be charged to customers within warranty period in case failure of driving is due to warranted defects. Towing shall normally be the responsibilities of nearest BMW authorized service center.

3. Repair fee:
Repair fees including towing fees, costs of parts and labor costs caused by warranted defects will not be charged to customer during warranty period.

4. Time limit of repair:
The reasonable and sufficient time of repair shall be given to BMW authorized service center in case customers send BMW vehicles there for repair during warranty period.
