How to find maintenance information

Models with iDrive

For models with iDrive, maintenance information can be found through the following operations:
1. When the ignition switch is turned on, the mileage and time left before the next maintenance will be displayed on the dashboard.
2. iDrive can be used to manage information about the maintenance cycle and directly call up this information on-screen.
3. Click “Onboard Info” in the main menu of the control panel.
4. Open the sub-menu “After-Services” with iDrive, where detailed information about maintenance services can be found.
5. Indicators of maintenance service requirements are as follows:
Green: all systems are in order;
Yellow: receive maintenance services soon (to be displayed 2,000 km or 4 weeks before recommended services);
Red: receive maintenance services as soon as possible (scheduled maintenance time has already passed).
6. The “maintenance” datasheet provides additional information about the vehicle’s current status and maintenance cycle.
