If you want to apply for a BMW authorized dealership, the relevant automotive operation experiences are required, please submit following application documents (both in Chinese & English):
1. The introduction of the applicant company (core business, historical performance, financial status, management team, the automotive brand(s) as well as the network status need to be included);
2. Business plan for BMW (including applied city, project investment plan, fund resource, operation plan, proposed land in the applied city, local automotive premium market analysis and understanding of BMW overall business); the proposed location should be close to the city main roads with high visibility.
3. Contacts of the applicant company: name of contact person, mobile number, telephone and fax number, email address and etc.
The following documents shall be also included in the application package:
1. Copy of the business license;
2. Copy of the automotive maintenance certificate;
3. Copy of the applicant company’s capital verification report and audited reports in the recent 3 years;
4. Copy of Import & Export certificate and the relevant permit certification;
5. Original version of the Credibility Certificate issued by bank or other financial organization;
6. Copy of the proposed land’s legal documents;
7. Photos of the proposed land and its surroundings.
